000059The 1st of March, 2009 MAMA-86 representatives visited a house of Evgen Shyrokov, Head of Habiat Centre at Belarus Research Institute for town building (Minsk, Belarus), built on unique technology.

It is straw-bales building based on wooden frame covered by clay plaster. Moreover, the house is unique due to renewable energy sources are used for its electricity supplying and heating. The house is situated in Belaruchi village, Logoyskiy rayon of Minsk oblast.
